    We begin with your dream.  Your dream, becomes our relentless pursuit. If your dream is to lose 200 lbs or dominate the next NFL combine, we will not stop until you get there. We aim to meticulously develop the most productive training program possible for you. 
    We believe there are 'good' workouts, and then there are the 'best' workouts. We seek to build programs that will best prepare you for any physical situation—not only for your sport, but for life. We have and continue to search all sports, physical tasks and fitness literature for the physical skills and adaptations  that will most optimally lead you to your performance advantage. The results are elite program designs that create the best version of you.

Explosive Conditioning Circuit:
4 rounds. 2 minute rest between rounds. Finish each round as fast as possible.
15 Depth Jumps on 24 inch box
16 Med Ball Plyo Push Ups
20 Rubber Band Snap Downs (all bands on Power Tower)
20 Med Ball Woodchoppers 12 lbs
20 Hanging Knee Raises from low bar
20 Burpees (chest to floor)
