Richard Bassett
Age: 55
Height: 5'8
Weight: 180
Fat %: 9
In the photo to the right Rick was 240 lbs. For his height and build he could weigh a healthy 170. He was on medication for his blood pressure, and his cholesterol was too high. His doctor had told him he was a time bomb. It was not a matter of if, but a matter of when Rick would have a heart attack or stroke or develope diabetes. This news prompted Rick to get help. After training Rick for 6 months he had lost most of his gut, which shrank from 44 inches to 36. Two and a half years later he still trains and maintains an average weight of 180 lbs and 9% body fat. He has cut his blood pressure medication in half, and periodically goes without it, and His cholesterol has returned to normal.
Rick in his new body. Poor guy can't even fill up his clothes anymore. We were taking a posture shot, checking for symmetry in the hips and shoulders.
